What are current camera rules at Disney

Hi Reeanna! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You'll be capturing pictures around the Walt Disney World Resort in less than one week. How exciting! Now is a great time to visit with the fall decorations up around Magic Kingdom Park. The Mickey-shaped pumpkins are my favorite!

Reading through the Park Rules prior to your visit is a great way to determine if your equipment is allowed in the theme parks, but most cameras are fine to bring in with you! You'll want to avoid all hand-held extension poles (selfie sticks), large tripods, bags larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high, and "photography, videotaping or recording of any kind for commercial purposes." On rides and at shows, you will be notified at the beginning of the attraction if flash photography and/or videotaping isn't allowed.

I hope this helps with your planning, Reeanna! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
