My current annual pass expires may 10th, And I get charged on the 1st of the month for my annual pass. If I renew April 26th and the new pass gets charged the same day I renew, will I be charged for my original pass and my renewed one on may 1 as well

    Hello Alexina!

Welcome to planDisney! I’m happy to hear you’re renewing your Walt Disney World Annual Pass and extending the magic for another year!

I reached out to a Cast Member with Passholder Payment Services for information about the Monthly Payment Program available to Florida Residents. The Cast Member explained that on the Monthly Payment Program, the final payment for your current pass is usually processed the month before your Annual Pass expiration. In your case, that means your April payment on your current Annual Pass should have been the final payment. The Cast Member also explained that when you renew your Annual Pass, the date you renew would become your new payment due date. However, the expiration date of your Annual Pass remains the same. Using the dates you provided as an example, your new Annual Pass monthly payments would be due on the 26th of the month, and your Annual Pass would expire May 10, 2026.

If you have any questions about your Monthly Payment Plan or renewing your Annual Pass, I recommend reaching out to Passholder Payment Services. The Cast Members can view your specific My Disney account and Annual Pass information to best help you.

Enjoy your Annual Pass, Alexina. Don’t forget to check out the Florida Resident Special Offers on tickets, passes, and resort stays this year. If you have any more questions about visiting Walt Disney World, please visit us again at planDisney!
