To view your tickets in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, start by clicking on the three parallel lines in the bottom right corner of the home screen. Then, tap the top left tile that says "My Tickets & Passes." You should see your name and associated ticket with a barcode and expiration date. Below the barcode are options to change, reassign, or save your ticket to a digital wallet. It sounds like you're not seeing what I'm seeing, so I suggest logging out and completely closing the My Disney Experience mobile app. Then, make sure you're using the most up-to-date version of the app, reopen it, log in, and try again.
Suppose you still do not see the ticket barcodes and option to save your admission to a digital wallet. In that case, you'll need to see a Cast Member when you arrive at
Walt Disney World. Stop by and speak with the friendly folks at the front desk of your
resort hotel or someone at a theme park Guest Relations window. If you arrive at Walt Disney World a day before visiting the theme parks, the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs is an excellent resource for ticket assistance. It is ideally situated among a few of my favorite snack spots. My family loves to kick off vacation with a meal at
