I'm pleased to know you've heard about
Mobile Food and Beverage ordering. This convenient feature on the
My Disney Experience mobile app saves my family lots of precious time in the theme parks! In my experience, I've never waited more than five minutes for my mobile order to be ready. In most instances, it's been about two minutes from the time I've pressed "I'm Here, Prepare My Order" to receiving my order and finding a table. The first time I used this service, my family and I placed an order at Columbia Harbour House while we were in line for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Once we exited the attraction, I opened the My Disney Experience mobile app and I
accidentally pressed "I'm Here, Prepare My Order," even though we were in Frontierland and the restaurant was in Liberty Square! It took us about five minutes to walk to Columbia Harbour House and by the time we got there, the Cast Members were beginning to wonder. Apparently, they had been waiting a few minutes at that point for someone to claim the order. Oops! That all said, I do not recommend pressing the "I'm Here" button on the app until you're actually
at the Quick-Service restaurant.
