You have some of the best souvenirs in mind, so I can understand why you're already thinking about how to get them home! Shipping costs are based upon the total price of the merchandise. With your lightsaber from Savi’s Workshop being a higher value item, current shipping costs could be as much as $75 (subject to change). The other items you mentioned would likely be between $20-$35 (also subject to change). You can speak to a Cast Member at the merchandise locations at the time of purchase to arrange shipping if this is something you think you’d like to do. There is also the
Marketplace Co-Op Shipping Location at Disney Springs.
To save on shipping costs, you do have a couple of options. For your smaller souvenirs like the tiaras, you may be able to combine items into one shipment. I would also recommend that you consider taking your lightsaber as a carry-on item on your flight home. TSA allows lightsabers to pass through security, but it's important to know that most domestic airlines will count the lightsaber as your carry-on rather than your personal item due to its size. When I purchased one for my son, we were able to take in on board with no issue.
