Hi!!! Just curious if we make a purchase at Ridemakers or Lego at Downtown Disney is there an option to have the items shipped home? I cant imagine having to try to get these items on the airplane returning home. Thank you!

    Hi Lisa,

I have souvenirs shipped home from Walt Disney World on nearly every trip.  There's no way all those goodies would fit in my suitcase!

While I haven't had items shipped directly from Ridemakers or the Lego Store at Downtown Disney, I'd be surprised if they don't offer you this option when you visit.  Just be sure to make the request to the cashier before they have finished your transaction so that they can add on the appropriate shipping charges at that time.  If they can't help you ship your items directly from the store, however, don't worry.  I'll suggest another option.  Just bring back your purchases to your Disney resort and stop by the Concierge desk.  Ask them to help you ship them home by UPS or FedEx.  I've done this before too.  The housekeepers at our resort gave us some boxes and we packed our goodies and sent them on their way.  They arrived on our doorstop just a few days after we returned from our vacation.

Trust me - there's definitely a way to get your Disney goodies home without having to stuff them in your suitcase.  Have fun shopping!
