    I was just curious about park openings. I know there is a special opening at MK but do the other parks have something similar? We've been there when MK opens and it is a wonderful experience and I was wondering if the other parks do something similar.

    Hi Joan!

    Our children adore the Opening Ceremony at Magic Kingdom Park.  There's something so nostalgic and magical about watching the Walt Disney Steam Train chug into Main Street USA Station with beloved Disney characters on board.  I'll admit we all know the song and sing it all of the time at home!

    At this time, Magic Kingdom Park is the only park with an opening show.  There used to be shows at the other parks, but they have stopped for the time being.  If you're in town during Star Wars Weekends, there is a show at Disney's Hollywood Studios prior to opening you won't want to miss.
