Howdy David, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you've stopped by to chat about your very merry birthday celebration.
I can't think of a better place to
blow out your candles than at the Disney Parks. I like that you're thinking about your special visit well in advance. As far as I'm concerned, it's never too early to start planning. Did you know that Walt Disney World will also be celebrating a special birthday next year? On October 1, 2021, the Most Magical Place on Earth will commemorate its 50th anniversary. Be sure to follow the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest news and offerings related to this extra special occasion.
During the current phase of reopening, all Guests planning to visit the Walt Disney World theme parks must make a reservation in advance using the
Disney Park Pass System. Before purchasing tickets, you can view the
Availability Calendar to make sure your preferred parks have openings for your dates. As of today, all dates in November and December of 2021 are showing full availability for all four theme parks.
At this time, Guests can make one Disney Park Pass reservation per day, and park hopping is temporarily suspended. Since we don't yet know when this popular ticket add-on will return, I suggest
purchasing Magic Your Way Base Tickets and monitoring the
Disney Parks Blog and the
Experience Updates page for more information as it is released. If park-hopping becomes part of our world before your vacation, you will be able to upgrade those base tickets to include it. My family loves to park hop, and we too are anxiously awaiting its availability.
I hope this helps as you begin to make your birthday plans. If there is anything else we can do to make the celebration more memorable, please stop by again. My fellow panelists and I have lots of great ideas for making the most of your big day!
TTFN - ta ta for now,
Betsy
