    I want to have cupcakes delivered to our room from Sprinkles. Would I order directly from Sprinkles or through Disney? do you know if I need to be in the room when they are delivered? I would like to schedule this in advance when will we get our room #?

    Do you hear that? That’s the sound of my stomach rumbling while I think about Sprinkles cupcakes. They are so, so delicious, and I’m happy to hear you’re planning to add some cupcake magic to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. My kids will tell you that we visit Sprinkles on almost every Disney trip, and one of our favorite things to do is eat our cupcakes in bed while watching Must-Do Disney on our resort room TV. Bliss!

    Laurel, I called over to Sprinkles and they had lots of delicious information for you. If you’d like to order cupcake delivery, your options are ordering directly through Sprinkles in Disney Springs (there’s an order form on the Sprinkles web page) or through Postmates. I definitely recommend comparing the delivery fees for both, as they may differ. You won't need to provide a room number, as your order will be delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel's front desk, who will contact you when your cupcakes are ready to be picked up. If you’d then like to have them delivered to your room by Bell Services, it’s generally true that you have to be in the room to receive the delivery.     I hope you enjoy your cupcakes! My personal favorite flavor is banana with dark chocolate frosting, but there are so many delicious options to try. They usually have amazing-sounding limited-time offers; I cannot wait to try a margarita cupcake (usually offered around Cinco de Mayo), and the current special offering, baking in mid-August, is Fluffer Nutter, with banana cake, peanut butter frosting and toasted marshmallow. Oh, there goes that rumbly in my tumbly again!
