Welcome to planDisney, Sarah!
All character encounters at Walt Disney World Resort are magical, but my family's interactions with Winnie the Pooh and his friends at
The Crystal Palace hold a special place in my heart. My children's nurseries were Winnie The Pooh-themed and my son's first character experience was meeting Winnie the Pooh at The Crystal Palace. Seeing my infant son's face mesmerized by this larger-than-life personality and my daughter embraced in a Pooh-sized hug felt like fireworks going off in my heart. I just pulled up a picture from this moment on my phone and the fireworks started all over again!
I'm as pleased as Piglet to share that our friends from the Hundred-Acre Wood are already back at The Crystal Palace greeting Guests for lunch and dinner. Once breakfast service resumes on October 25, all meals will be character dining experiences. I'm so glad you asked this clarifying question because some character dining experiences are limited to one meal, like breakfast at
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera. Character dining experiences are extremely popular. My best tip for securing a coveted advance reservation for dining at The Crystal Palace is to be logged into your
My Disney Experience account with The Crystal Palace webpage open by 5:45 a.m. 60 days before your desired reservation date. In my experience, a new day of reservations typically populates by 6:00 a.m. Guests staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel can book dining for their entire length of stay (up to 10 days) 60 days before their check-in date. If you do not find the availability you seek, just keep checking. Dining availability changes in real time as Guests are constantly reimaging their park days.
I hope you have a Tigger-ific time experiencing the magic of the holidays at Walt Disney World Resort, Sarah. Please return to planDisney with any other trip-planning questions.
