Does Crystal Palace offer character dining all day long, or only during breakfast? Also, the menu on the website for Disney Dining doesn't show a separate children's menu. Is there one?

Hello Crystal and thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
With your glittering name you're sure to fit right in at The Crystal Palace, in fact you should feel very regal indeed dining in a palace named after you!
The Crystal Palace serves buffet style breakfasts, lunches and dinners where Guests are usually joined by Winnie the Pooh and some of his Hundred-Acre-Wood pals at each and every mealtime throughout the day.
When dining in Disney restaurants which offer buffet style meals children may make selections from any food on offer in addition to the usual kid-friendly offerings such as mac & cheese, chicken nuggets or similar; please note that it's always worth bearing in mind menu choices at Walt Disney World Resort restaurants are subject to change and can't ever be guaranteed.
I hope you'll enjoy your upcoming magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort but until then have a great Disney day.
