Hi there, Cristina!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited to “sea” that you have a Disney Cruise Line vacation planned! You are going to have the most
MAGICal adventure with Captain Mickey and your little Mouseketeer! Some of my best "Mickey Boat" memories are from voyages with my boys when they were around your son’s age; experiencing the magic alongside little ones is so incredibly special and memorable!
Disney Cruise Line’s Port Adventure team does an excellent job of finding some great experiences for Guests to enjoy while they are on land! Unfortunately, as I found from experience, one of the (very few!) drawbacks of traveling with itty bittys is that many of the excursions have age restrictions and limit your choices with little ones! I checked, and the minimum age for the Stingray City Reef Sail & Snorkel (G09) excursion is five years old, so this is not one that you can do with your little guy. If you are looking for something to do that will include all ages, I would recommend the
White House Beach Getaway (G60) which is fun for everyone! Grab some beach toys from the dollar store (or order online since it may be “out of season”) and bring them with you for a fun-filled day on the beach! Another option that I want to suggest is that you utilize the onboard
“it’s a small world” nursery! for your little one while you go and enjoy some snorkeling! We would often take advantage of that when our guys were too little to participate and felt extremely comfortable leaving them onboard in the care of the excellent nannies!
I checked with a Cast Member and unfortunately, the movie lineup has yet to be released for your specific voyage. I suggest checking back with us as your embarkation date gets closer and we can check for you again!
Wishing you an incredible adventure at sea with many magical memories made!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
