Crusin Dream on Oct 20th, staying at Pop on the 19th. Trying to squeeze in Downtown Disney, MNSSHP, and Chef Mickey's all in one day the 19th. Any suggestions? How much was MNSSHP last year? We will have a rental car. Hope to arrive by noon on 19th.

    Hi April,

Your plan for October 19th is an ambitious one, but I think you can make it work.  Here's what I would do. After you arrive at noon, head directly to Downtown Disney for some lunch and shopping.  Check in at Disney's Pop-Century Resort around 4 pm and then head to Chef Mickey's for an early dinner. (Call 407-WDW-DINE in advance to make reservations).  From Disney's Contemporary Resort, hop on the monorail or walk to the Magic Kingdom for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.  This sounds like such a fun day!

Ticket prices last year for the the Halloween party during the third week of October were $53.95 for adults (age 10 and up) and $47.95 for children (age 3 to 9).  You can definitely save some money if you buy your tickets in advance.  Don't forget...you can come in costume to the Magic Kingdom that night if you are so inclined.

Enjoy your day at Walt Disney World and embrace every moment on the majestic Disney Dream!  What a gorgeous addition to the Disney cruise ship fleet!
