Hello, Jamie, and welcome to planDisney! What an adventure you and your daughter have ahead of you on Disney Cruise Line! I'm so excited for you both.
Disney Cruise Line does not require any legal
documentation or additional forms to be completed for parents or legal guardians. However, in addition to her passport, I would suggest bringing your daughter's birth certificate, as well as a notarized signed letter from your daughter's mother indicating you have permission to take your daughter on the cruise. Again, these are not required by Disney Cruise Line, and likely won't even be requested, but will put your mind at ease knowing there won't be any snags.
Jamie, I sincerely can't wait for you and your daughter to experience the incredible activities and fun onboard your cruise. If your daughter is anything like my kids, she'll love watching movies in the state-of-the-art cinemas, the unlimited soft-serve ice cream on the pool deck, and the royal treatment from complimentary
room service! (Breakfast treats from the comfort of your beds! Mickey Ice Cream Bars for bedtime snacks!) But whatever you decide to do (or snack on) onboard your Disney Cruise, you and your daughter will be making memories together that will last a lifetime - because YOU are the magic.
Okay! That should get you on your way, Jamie! I sincerely wish you the most magical voyage.
