Ahoy, Samantha! Welcome back to planDisney and thank you for cruising back to us.
It sounds as if you are one prepared traveler! A prepared traveler who is about to set sail on a Disney Cruise, that is! I'm happy to share that if you find that you are in need of any additional medication for motion sickness, Seacalm (meclizine) is available for guests thirteen years of age and older at either the Guest Services desk or from the Medical Health Center.
On my most recent cruise, I saw some acupressure wristbands for sale on the ship. There are a variety of over-the-counter remedies for purchase if you happen to need anything else while enjoying your voyage. It's my hope that you experience calm seas, and find that the stabilizers that each of the ships in the fleet is equipped with provide a steady experience for you.
Samantha, please download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before you leave home. The app will be your handy guide for all of the fun activities that will take place around the ship. If you just don't want to say "goodbye" to Captains Mickey and Minnie, you can book a placeholder cruise in the app while you are sailing and say, "see ya real soon" instead! A placeholder can be used towards a cruise itinerary within 24 months of booking. The best part? Most itineraries are eligible to book at a discount because you reserved a placeholder while onboard!
I wish you smooth seas, happy sailing, and a cruise full of magic!
