Hi Jane!
You are your merry crew of 16 are totally going to rule the high seas on your Disney cruise. This sounds like a major party at sea...now I want to come along, too! You're well on your way to having everything coordinated by
linking all the reservations!
The highest
Castaway Club level for members in each stateroom actually dictates when Port Adventures can be booked by each stateroom. For example, if you are Gold level and your friends and family are Silver, then they will have to wait for their Advance Booking Window to open. Just because the reservations are linked does not mean that the Castaway Club priority extends across staterooms. Call 1(800) 449-3380 if you have specific Castaway Club questions and a Cast Member would be happy to help you!
What might happen is this: when the later booking window opens, the same excursion might be available, but it may be at a different time than those who were able to book earlier. In that situation, if family and friends are unable to choose the same Port Adventure departure times, then
contact Disney Cruise Line for assistance in coordinating on the date the last guests’ booking window opens.
If the same
Port Adventures cannot be booked, the best advice I can give you is to keep checking because guests make changes to their reservations all the time! Port Adventure reservations must be cancelled at least three days prior to your sailing, so that may actually be the best day for you to pick up a new reservation.
Cruise back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have more questions. Wishing you a magical voyage!
Happy Sailing!
Sherry
