We are cruising March 29 - April 5 on the treasure. Do you know what the nightly themes will be for our sailing dates?

    Ahoy there, Christie!

Welcome aboard planDisney! My crew and I will be sailing on the Treasure just a few weeks before your sailing, so I totally get the excitement (and the need to plan those outfits!). Themed nights add an extra sprinkle of pixie dust to the adventure, and I’m happy to help you chart the course for what to expect!

First up, Day 2 (at sea) is your formal night—time to channel your inner royalty! Whether you go full Cinderella and Prince Charming or keep it classy with cruise-chic attire, this is the night to dress to impress. Be sure to check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once onboard, as schedules are always subject to change. You’ll also want to look out for the Captain’s Gala, which often includes amazing photo opportunities and, if history repeats itself, maybe even some complimentary adult beverages.

Then comes Day 4 (Tortola), which means Pirate Night! Seems only fitting that you'll be in the Caribbean on the night when pirates take over the ship! Whether you go full Jack Sparrow, match with your crew in themed shirts, or just throw on an eye patch and call it a day, it’s bound to be a swashbuckling good time. Keep an eye on the schedule for the Pirate’s Rockin’ Parlay Party and get ready for a sky full of pixie-dusted pirate fun!

Finally, Day 6 (at sea) is semi-formal night—a chance to dress up one more time, but not quite as fancy as formal night. Somewhere between royal ball attire and pirate gear is the sweet spot (though, for the record, I wouldn’t recommend mixing the two…unless your crew is going for a Captain Hook-meets-Prince Eric look!). The rest of your nights are cruise casual, so feel free to keep things comfy while enjoying all the Treasure has to offer.

And while we’re on the topic of treasures, let me share one of my favorite Castaway Cay tips: if you haven’t tried a do-it-yourself ice cream sandwich, you’ve got to give it a go! Head over to Cookie’s BBQ (or Cookie’s Too BBQ), grab two fresh chocolate chip cookies, then swing by the soft-serve station to add a scoop of your favorite ice cream between them. It’s the perfect sweet treat for a day in paradise!

Christie, I hope this helps you pack for a truly storybook-worthy adventure! If you need anything else as you get ready to set sail, I’ll be here faster than you can say “Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate’s life for me!”

Sea ya real soon with love in the air and magic everywhere,
    Dustin
