    Cruising on the Magic soon! We are flying in a day early and will have 1/2 a day in Orlando. Are any of the parks worthwhile for a short time? Can you buy a 1/2 day ticket? Is Downtown Disney free? Is there enough to do there to keep us busy 5 hours? Thank

    The parks are totally worthwhile even for an afternoon. Where else can you experience Space Mountain or the Haunted Mansion then at the Magic Kingdom? Where else but at the World Showcase at Epcot can you travel to 11 countries in one afternoon? I could go on and on. Walt Disney World is perfect for a visit, be it long or short. While there are no half day tickets available you will still have the adventure of a lifetime. As for Downtown Disney, it is free and has lots of amazing entertainment and things to do and see that you could easily spend the afternoon at this beautiful sprawling area. I would suggest that you choose one park to get just a taste of what the whole wonderful experience is like. Have a great time on your trip. Make it magical.
