If you are cruising with a group can one person from that group go online and make restaurant reservations for the group?

    Ahoy Kathy –
Welcome back to the Panel. I see you have been designated the GROUP PLANNER!! Don’t worry, I think that you are doing a marvelous job! I have taken many multi-family and multi-generational cruises, and I am always the designated planner for everyone. One of the things that I love about Disney Cruise Line is that really there is not too much planning to do. Your table service restaurants will be assigned to you, and as long as your reservations are linked together, your group will be able to stay together. The only restaurants that need to be booked will be Palo and Remy. Rest assured, you can make the reservations for the entire group as long as your reservations are linked. Remember that only one person can make changes in a linked reservation at a time.  For instance, if you are in the system booking Palo for everyone, and a family member decides to go in and book a spa treatment at the same time, then the family member will be blocked until you are logged out. If you are not sure if your reservations are linked, please check with your travel agent or call Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532. Kathy, good luck with your planning, and thanks for cruising by for a visit!
