Hey there, Tracey! We are delighted to see you again.
Themed cruises are my favorite! You’ll have a rootin’ tootin’ good time aboard the
Disney Fantasy with your favorite Pixar Pals. Plenty of activities are planned for toys of all ages, but I agree that the pools are a big draw!
The
AquaDuck is the first of its kind water coaster at sea! Located on Deck 12, you board a raft for an exhilarating journey up, down, and off the side of the ship! The AquaDuck is frequently open during the
Sailing Away Deck Party on embarkation day. It will close briefly for the mandatory Lifeboat Drill. You’ll find the operating hours on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you board the ship. Keep in mind that sometimes the slide is forced to close if there are high winds or other adverse conditions.
Preschool toys under 7 must ride with someone 14 years of age or older. All Guests must be 42” or taller to ride the AquaDuck. All loose items like sunglasses and cell phones should be kept by your lounge chair. You’ll find it less busy in the early morning and evening. I especially like riding at night!
Not only do you get to splash around like Partysaurus Rex, but you get to meet, play, and dine with toys, monsters, and supers! Once your cruise is paid in full and your
booking window opens, you can make reservations online for Port Adventures, beverage tastings, nursery time, and some character encounters. A highlight among Guests last year was Sheriff Woody’s Cowboy Breakfast. If this is your first Disney Cruise, you can see what’s available to book 75 days before sailing. The date is also listed on your reservation under Cruise Activities.
Tracey, you’ve got a friend in me! I’m happy to help in any way I can, so don’t be a stranger and stop by again.
SEAS the adventure!
