We will be cruising on the Fantasy in April 2020. We are scheduled to be in Cozumel for approximately 8 hours. I noticed some of the port excursions run 8-8 1/2 hours. Does that mean we shouldn’t plan on those particular adventures?

    Hi Linda!

I'm thrilled you and your family will be sailing on the Disney Fantasy in just TWO months! Are you counting down the days already? Mexico is calling you, and Captain Mickey and his crew will make sure that you have a FANTAStic voyage.

Choosing our Port Adventures gets me so excited about an upcoming cruise. How could it not since it means we are looking at the ports on our itinerary and imagining all the fun we will have and the memories we will be making. My only challenge is deciding which one to choose because Disney Cruise Line offers so many! You may be having the same “problem” (when come to think of it is really no problem at all!)

Your Cozumel excursions may be showing 8 to 8.5 hours but rest assured, if you choose Port Adventures with Disney Cruise Line and not a third party tour operator, Disney knows the exact times for arriving at the port and also the anticipated all ashore call later that day. And the most important part: if your Port Adventure is running late, the ship typically will wait for your group to return onboard before leaving to set sail to the next port of call. Or if the ship must leave the port, Disney Cruise Line will actually arrange complimentary transportation for you to the next port of call! So leave for your excursion stress-free and leave your worries behind.

Tickets for your Port Adventures will be in your stateroom on embarkation day. Included will be necessary information such as the time to arrive for the adventure as well as the onboard location where you'll check in. Another place you can find information about your excursions is on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. It can even send you a reminder so you are on time for your check-in time. Gotta love technology!

If you need recommendations for exciting excursions for you and your family, please don't hesitate to sail back and visit us again! We're here to help you navigate through the planning process!

    SEA ya real soon!
