We are cruising on the Dream and return to port Thursday, April 17th. We want to go to MK on Friday. We won't get in til later in the day on Thursday. Is there a 1/2 day option to go in after 5 or so and stay til close?

    Hi there, Whitney!

Thanks so much for sending your question my way!

I think that you've definitely got the right idea to have a visit to Magic Kingdom Park after your cruise on the Disney Dream! What a great vacation!

I wasn't certain about an evening-only ticket option, so I called and spoke with a Cast Member to inquire. Unfortunately, there is not a lesser option than the one-day Magic Kingdom Park ticket. So, even if you weren't planning on entering the Park until after 5:00 p.m., it would still require a full day ticket.

There are so many fun things to do at Walt Disney World that do not require a Theme Park ticket. Perhaps you could spend the evening at Downtown Disney where there are some pretty fabulous shops and restaurants? You could also head over to Disney's BoardWalk for dancing and entertainment or sing along with great music at Jellyrolls, a dueling piano bar!

I sure hope some of these ideas help, Whitney! If you'd like some more suggestions or have any other questions, please don't hesitate to write back in!

Wishing you and your family a Pixie Dusted vacation!
