    Hi! Cruising on the dream in May for 3 nights. Have reservations for Palo and Remy for 2 out of those 3 nights. Are gratuities included in the extra price for those restaurants?

    Hi Rachel,

    You are going to love Palo and Remy!  I'm sooo jealous right now... They aren't just meals at Palo and Remy they are dining experiences you won't soon forget. 

    In reference to gratuities, a small portion of the restaurant charge does go to your server.  For example, at Palo, your server will receive $5.00 out of the $20 that is charged per person.   I have to say, from personal experience, the servers at Palo are extraordinary.  They work incredibly hard, and make everything look incredibly easy.  Every server that I've ever had at these restaurants has been over the top in service.  If you decide to add something more to their gratuity it can be charged to your stateroom.

    Don't forget to order the chocolate souffle for dessert at Palo.  It's the best thing on the ship!  Bon voyage Rachel!
