Hi. We are cruising Dream in April to the Bahamas. I've heard they are creating a star wars play area on the ship? Do you know if they are offering "Jedi training"? Also, does pin trading happen on the cruise ships too? Thanks so much!

    Ahoy Stephanie –

Very soon you will be “Dream”ing on the high seas on your Disney Cruise! This is an exciting time to visit the Dream because there are many special upgrades that have happened on this majestic ship. In the Oceaneer Club, your young Padawans will be able to experience the force in a Star Wars themed play area. Their imaginations will soar as they sit in the cockpit and pilot the Millennium Falcon to stand against the evil Galactic Empire. This play area is complete with large screens showing Star Wars Rebels, video games, and an area for arts and crafts.

Unfortunately, the Jedi Academy will not be available to train young Jedi on the Disney Dream as this is currently only available on select dates at the Disney Fantasy’s Star Wars Day at Sea.  After saving the galaxy from the Imperial Guard, your younglings will certainly enjoy pin trading with cast members and other Padawans. Stephanie, your Rebel Alliance Crew will have a sea cruise that is full of star gazing on the Disney Dream.  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel and please visit us again with questions.
