We r cruising on the Disney Magic May 2012 One stop is Key West. 2 adults 1 daughter 6, 1 son 13, What would b the best port adventure here for us in ur opinion? Do we need one here?we r doing-- Nassau- Atlantis aquaventure, castaway- Stingray adventure.

    Hey, Ashley!

Welcome back to the Moms Panel -- it's so good to help a guest fine tune vacation plans! I've been to Key West several times, but never on a Disney Cruise. Since you've got a couple of Port Adventures where you're getting wet in the other ports of call, I would consider doing a tour where you see Ernest Hemingway's Home, Truman's Little White House, the Lighthouse and the southernmost point of the US.  I like to expose my children to things they've read about in literature and history (or which they will read about) in order to make travel an enriching experience for them.

Also, you can simply pay a taxi or private car to take you to those places, too.  Remember,  you are in a US port -- therefore, language and currency won't be barriers for you -- and having your own plan for the day may can give you a chance to make it back to the ship for lunch, relaxing, spa experiences or fun activities with the family.  Key West is a great stop for families -- full of history and fun. It's also a free-spirited port where every sunset is a celebration.

I hope I've helped. Got  more Disney Cruise questions? You know I'm here for you! Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
