    We are cruising the Disney Fantasy in October 2024 and will be driving into Port Canaveral except for one member of our stateroom who will be flying in and taking Disney ground transportation. For check-in at the port how will we get our group together?

    Welcome back to planDisney Kyle!  The Disney Fantasy is my favorite ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

    Each member of your pirate crew must arrive at their designated Port Arrival Time provided during online check-in.  Those taking Disney Cruise Line ground transportation can check in when their motorcoach arrives at the terminal.  For those of you driving, even if you arrive at the port early and drop off your luggage with the porters, you will not be allowed to check-in until your Port Arrival Time.  Arriving at these designated times helps to keep everyone's embarkation process smooth.   Even if you are not able to meet at check-in, you will see each other real soon onboard the Disney Fantasy.  

    If you decide to hand your luggage to the porters, make sure you have a carry-on bag to keep your travel documentation, medications, sunscreen, cell phone charger, and other essentials in because you will not immediately receive your luggage in your stateroom.
