    We will be cruising on the Disney Dream to the Bahamas for 3 nights over Good Friday and Easter next month. Will there be any Easter-themed activities aboard the Disney Dream that weekend? An egg hunt at sea seems like SUCH a fun idea!

    Thanks for sailing by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! How excited are you to be sailing the high seas with Captain Mickey during Easter?! My family and I have celebrated Easter aboard a Disney Cruise and had such a wonderful holiday! I thought an Easter egg hunt at sea sounded like such a fun idea, too! I decided to pack a bunch of plastic Easter eggs as well as a package of candies and set up a surprise Easter egg hunt in our stateroom for the kids traveling with us! It was such a blast and they still talk about finding all the eggs!

    Disney Cruise Line had special Easter-themed activities onboard during our cruise. They offered Catholic Mass and nondenominational services on Easter morning and had a wonderful Easter dinner offered in each of the Main Dining restaurants. Also, there were photo opportunities with the Disney Characters dressed in their finest Easter attire and the White Rabbit even hopped onboard to celebrate the holiday with the kids! I know activities are subject to change from year to year, but this gives you an idea of the kinds of events that have been scheduled on previous Easters on the high seas!

    All of the Easter activities planned during your cruise will be listed in your Personal Navigator newsletter or Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Hopefully, your family's cruise will be loaded with "egg-stra" Easter fun and Disney magic!
