    Hi We are cruising on Disney dream Alaska on the 19 th June this year . Could you tell us 1 theme nights 2 theme restaurant nights 2 have 2 granddaughters in our party shed 5 snd 6 We would like to make sure they have dresses to make it extra specia

    Welcome, Christine! I’m sending a wave from across the pond. Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question. 

    What a special cruise you have planned with your extended family. My family is also sailing to Alaska this summer; in fact, I’m on the same cruise as you. For your sailing aboard the Disney Wonder in June, the following dining attire is listed:

    • Monday: Cruise Casual
    • Tuesday: Formal
    • Wednesday: Cruise Casual and Frozen Night
    • Thursday: Cruise Casual
    • Friday: Cruise Casual
    • Saturday: Cruise Casual
    • Sunday: Semi-formal 

    Your granddaughters are welcome to dress as their favorite princesses every day of your cruise. When we sailed with my niece, she loved dressing up in frilly dresses and twirling around. Our dining room servers made her feel so special, calling her princess and telling her how lovely she looked. While formal and semi-formal attire is optional, it’s a great opportunity to dress up and take some family photos. Professional photographers are set up in the atrium with different backdrops. You’re sure to get the perfect picture.

    I’m most looking forward to Frozen Night! I bet your granddaughters will love meeting Anna and Elsa! Wednesday is Freezing the Night Away with Anna, Elsa, and their friends. The ship transforms into a wintery wonderland to match the Alaskan temperature. There’s a flurry of activities happening around the ship during the day. Even the dining rooms take part and feature some traditional Nordic cuisine. At night, Deck 9 hosts a royal party with the Arendelle crew. 

    For an extra memorable experience, you could schedule a fairytale makeover for your granddaughters at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. There are several different packages to choose from. To schedule a makeover, sign in to My Reservations, select Cruise Activities, and then Onboard Fun. Limited reservations may be available once you're on the ship.
