Ahoy there, Brenda! Welcome back to planDisney. Thank you for sailing our way again with your question.
In just a few short months, you'll be setting sail for adventure on a
Very Merrytime Disney Cruise. How exciting for you and your sailing crew! I know that there will be so many holiday-themed activities scheduled that will delight the adults in your party, as well as your two-year-old sailor. Lots of magical memories are heading your way!
For guests wishing to enjoy the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, the age policy is firm. Your son must be three for this experience. I'm sorry if that isn't the news you were hoping to hear. With a two-year-old onboard, I definitely recommend that you keep an eye on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you are on the ship for
Open House times scheduled in
Disney's Oceaneer Club and
Oceaneer Lab. Open Houses are times when the youth spaces are open for the whole family to enjoy. There is a big Slinky Dog slide on the
Disney Wonder that my children loved as toddlers. I hope your son enjoys it too!
Disney Cruise Line also has a fun resource for
traveling with little ones, the "
My Disney Cruise Adventure Booklet". This booklet is available to download and print. It provides helpful information to prepare your child for their upcoming voyage and also includes space to jot down special memories and even collect Character autographs.
Brenda, if you plan to set sail again in the future, I recommend that you take advantage of booking a placeholder while onboard. A placeholder can be used to sail with Disney Cruise Line again within 24 months of your booking at a special discounted rate for most itineraries. Instead of saying "goodbye" when you disembark, you can say "See ya real soon!" to Captains Minnie and Mickey.
I wish you a wonderful voyage and (if my calculations are correct..) a Happy Birthday to your son!
