    Ahoy, Patti!

Wow...a full week of a Disney Cruise Line voyage followed by a week at the Grand Floridian? Now, that's what I call fabulous!

Packing could potentially be a nightmare for you in preparation for this dream vacation. So, you're going to need to make sure your clothes do double duty.

Taking into consideration your surf and turf needs (and little ones), here's what I suggest:

    • Pack specifically for the cruise since almost anything you wear on the ship can be washed and worn at the parks, too.
    • Consider ordering a formal wear package for your hubby from the Gifts & Amenities Page. The cruise will have a formal and a semi-formal night, and you'll need to plan on his having at least a jacket for Palo (and/or Remy). It may seem like a lot up front, but ordering a package like this can save you in baggage fees with the airline and save room in the suitcase. (Plus, he won't need to dress that fancy at the parks.)
    • Now's the time for the little black dress! I always pack it for cruises and change it up each night with accessories. Mine can pass for everything from cruise casual to formal depending on how I wear it.
    • Onboard laundry and dry-cleaning services (with stateroom pickup) are available for a charge. There is also a self-service Guest Laundry Room with coin-operated washers and dryers, along with detergent and ironing equipment. Plus, there's a Guest Laundry Room at the Grand Floridian, too. (Yet, I recommend getting your laundry done before you get to your resort.)
I hope these tips help point you in the right direction. I could write a book for you, but there's just not enough room. Thanks for the compliment, and I hope you have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
