Ahoy, Diana!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Oh my goodness, you are sailing aboard one of my bucket list itineraries! Being with my family while sailing through the
Panama Canal aboard Disney Cruise Line is a dream of mine! I'm so excited that you'll soon be able to experience this voyage.
I love setting sail on itineraries lasting 14 nights or longer! You will truly have the opportunity to make the Disney Wonder your home away from home. One of my favorite things to do onboard any Disney Cruise is eat! You are correct, the dinner attire for previous Panama Canal cruises has been two Formal nights, one Semi-Formal night, ten Cruise Casual nights and one
Pirate Night. Dinner attire and schedules are always subject to change, but this will give you an idea of what you can look forward to!
Have you started thinking about everything you're going to pack inside your treasure chests? When we set sail on our first 14-night cruise, my husband and I went a little crazy and packed two humongous suitcases to the brim with clothes. Since then, we've learned our lesson and bring fewer pieces of clothing along with us during the itineraries lasting two weeks. Midway through the cruise, we stop at the
Laundry Facilities and do a couple quick loads of laundry! We love using them because it's easy, convenient and inexpensive! Plus, it frees up more space in our stateroom and luggage (for souvenirs)!
Diana, if you have any future questions before setting sail, please don't hesitate to come back and visit us again! I'm wishing you an unforgettable adventure at sea!
