    We are cruising in a couple of weeks with two children 8 & 12. We want to use the navigator app to communicate with them but I cannot set them up with an account on their phone. How do I do this?

    Thank you kindly for your great patience in waiting on a response, it would be my pleasure to assist you today with your excellent question regarding your children and their use of the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App once onboard.

    Rosalyn, you are quite knowledgeable about the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App and I will take you one step further to give you peace of mind. As soon as you embark on your Disney Cruise Line vessel, you will be sent an activation code for access and use of the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App for your children. I would recommend simply downloading the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App on your children's devices to avoid any interruptions on the day of departure.

    As well, for support, I recommend heading over to the Connect@Sea Desk once onboard. The Cast Members here can assist you with this in an efficient manner so that you get on with your fun! The Connect@Sea Desk is located near the Promenade Lounge, Deck 4, Aft on the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder, or on Deck 4, Midship aboard the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. On the Disney Wish, please seek assistance at Guest Services, midship beside the Grand Hall. The Disney Cruise Line - Ship Deck Plans will enable you to familiarize yourself with your particular vessel.
