We are cruising on California Coast cruise on the Wonder Sept 29 to Oct 7. We are hoping to spend some extra time on board rather than explore the ports. Is childcare, ages 3 and 5, available in Ocean Club while in port? Are the fitness facilities open?

    Hi Alanna!

That's going to be a fantastic cruise!  I'm going on one in November, and my family and I are also planning to stay onboard during many of the ports to enjoy the ship.  It's a great idea actually.  It's less crowded!

Childcare for your children is available during the port stops, as are the health club and spa.  The only closures would be the shops onboard.

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if I can answer anything else for you.  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.  Bon voyage!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
