Ahoy there Ma Lorane, and welcome to planDisney. I hope you have started dreaming of a magical vacation as your cruise on the
Disney Dream gets closer and closer.
Travel documentation is important because, without the correct documentation, a Guest will not be able to embark. I did an internet search, and it seems that citizens of the Philippines who will be visiting the Bahamas need a visa. I also checked with the
Disney Cruise Line Help Center, and the representative said that any visas that are required must be obtained in order to board the ship, even if a Guest does not plan on disembarking at the port of call. It is each Guest's responsibility to identify and obtain necessary visas before your cruise starts. Specific visa questions can be asked of Disney Cruise Line Embarkation Guest Services. They can be reached by calling 1-800-395-9374 and are open Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (ET). On Saturday and Sunday, they are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (ET). Please select option 1.
Before you arrive at the port, download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app so you will have access to all of the activities once you get onboard. The app will also show which
rotational dining location you are to dine at each night as well as the menus.
If you have any other questions, sail back to
planDisney. We will be happy to help.
Happy Sailing!
