Hi, we are cruising in Aug 2012, but I don't know much about the cruiseline and have been trying to find what is included on the website. Is dining additional? I have three boys and they will be 4,6,8 at the time, are there drop off activities daily?

    Hi Effie,

It's so nice to answer a question for a fellow New Jerseyan!

I just returned from the Christening Cruise on the Disney Dream and I must tell you how impressed I was with the Disney Cruise Line.  So much is included with the price of your cruise, including dining!  As part of your fare, you will get to eat in delightful and delicious, family-friendly restaurants.  There are a few restaurants (Remy and Palo) on the Disney Dream, for instance, that require an additional charge to dine there. However, the restaurants that do not require additional fees (Enchanted Garden, Royal Palace, and Animator's Palate) are wonderful too!  There are also an abundance of food options at buffets and counter service locations throughout the ship.  I can guarantee your family will not go hungry on a Disney cruise!  Do keep in mind that alcoholic beverages are not included in your fare no matter where you dine on the ship.

As for activity centers for children, your boys are going to LOVE the Oceaneer's Club and Lab!  The daily programs and activities there are designed for children the age of your sons.  One warning, though...once the boys check into this vibrant youth club, you may have trouble getting them to leave.  They're going to have so much fun.

Let us know if you have any additional questions as your cruise approaches.
