How can I see how many cruises I have taken and castaway club status?

    Hi Kelly!

Welcome onboard planDisney! As Moana would say, ““See that line where the sky meets the sea? It calls me.” Sounds like you heard that call too since you mentioned that you are a Castaway Club member. I love that Disney Cruise Line has created the Castaway Club and rewards frequent cruisers with extra perks like earlier advance booking window dates and a welcome back aboard gift.

You can check your Castaway Club status by logging into your Disney Cruise Line account. Start out on this Castaway Club link and then click “Log In.” Or you can use the drop down menu under the "Already Booked" tab, and there is a “Castaway Club” option all the way at the bottom.

Once you are logged into your Castaway Club account, it will show your Castaway Club level, a list of all your prior cruises, what ships you sailed, and even your stateroom assignment(s). Right now, I am a couple of cruises shy of making Platinum. It feels so close, I can almost taste it! My next cruise is scheduled for December, and I think that would be a fitting way to roll into the New Year with a new Castaway Club level, don’t you?

As you know, anyone who has cruised with Disney Cruise Line receives a lanyard in the Cruise Terminal at check-in that shows their Castaway Club status. It's a wonderful perk for returning cruisers. And when you move up a level in Castaway Club, your lanyard will change. Guests are usually tickled to receive those new lanyards indicating a change in their sailing status. “Hei Hei!” I sure know I will be!

“You’re welcome” to come back to planDisney with your cruise planning questions. It’s a voyage we love to take with Guests, even if it takes us into uncharted waters and we get to learn something new. Wishing you many more sailings to come and a fabulous adventure at sea, whenever that will be!

    SEA ya real soon!
