Linda from QC Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We have cruises #4 and #5 coming next August. It seems that a lot of things have changed because of Covid. Is there a way to find out all the changes on board?

Ahoy there, Linda! And thanks for sailing my way here at planDisney with your question!

Ooh, it looks like someone is sneaking up on Gold Castaway Club status - HELLO EARLIER BOOKING AND GOLD KEY TO THE WORLD CARD LANYARD (plus a few other perks!) Just think: by the time August ends, you'll be well on your way to Platinum!

It is good to hear you're looking to stay informed about what to expect on your upcoming cruises - that's a real "planDrew-approved" approach! While it's true that some experiences both aboard and ashore have changed with Disney Cruise Line's return to sailing, I can assure you that the Magic is Here aboard the Disney Cruise Line fleet and new ways to create magical memories exist on every deck!

My suggestion for the best way to stay apprised of the latest developments is to bookmark the "Your Guide to Updated Experiences" page on the Disney Cruise Line website. You can find it under the "My Reservations" section of "Already Booked," and contains the most current  information for everything from "Know Before you Go" information, to everyone's least favorite: debarkation day. Each subsection has the date of the last update so you can be sure you're getting the latest information.

Pay particular attention to the "On the Ship" section! It's where you'll find the latest Health &  Safety Measures as well as any overarching changes to everything from Entertainment to Character Experiences and everything in-between! Remember, offerings are subject to change like the tides - right up to the time you board -  so I'd also be sure to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, as well! That way, you can keep an eye on available onboard fun to book ahead of embarkation day, as well any changes to the specific schedule of offerings on your cruise once you embark!

So, whether you're excited to watch a first run movie at the Buena Vista Theater, take in an incredible Broadway-style show or other live entertainment, or just spend time topside at the pools, there's always something for everyone on a Disney Cruise Line vacation. No matter what is offered, Disney's commitment to health and safety will ensure you and your crew are well taken care of while experiencing all you can!

I hope the winds change to offer the most favorable sailing conditions for you and your crew, Linda. As the tides ebb and flow, and onboard offerings come into view on the horizon, I hope your adventure is everything you want it to be and more! Thank you for your question, and remember if you sail by any rough waters or just have another question while planning, please drop me another line here at planDisney!

    Fair winds and following seas!
