It has been a while since I cruised with someone who has never been on a Disney cruise. Can you remind me what information I will need to gather before booking? I have a placeholder so have to call in and want to have all my ducks in a row before calling.

    Welcome aboard planDisney, Monica!

I like your style: seeking smooth sailing from beginning to end when planning your Disney Cruise Line vacation. Thanks for the opportunity to offer support along the way.

When booking a Disney Cruise Line vacation, you'll want to have the following information for each passenger in your party:

    • Title (Miss, Mrs, Dr., Mr., etc.)
    • Name (first, middle, last, as they appear on each passenger's required travel documentation
    • Gender
    • Date of birth, including year
    • Country and address of residence, including postal code
    • Country of citizenship
    • Phone number
    • Email address, particularly if they are the lead Guest in their stateroom

Information collected during booking may be updated since the last time a Castaway Club member sailed aboard the Disney Cruise Line. So it's a good idea to collect all of that same information for any returning passengers as well.

Tony's Tiny Table of Tips and Trivia:
    Type Tidbit
Tip Returning Castaway Club members can have most if not all of their information looked up as long as their name and birthdate match Disney Cruise Line’s records.
Trivia Did you know that the official color of the hulls of each of the Disney Cruise Line ships is known as “Monica Blue?” With a name like yours, I bet that might be easy to remember! Ask Cast Members aboard your ship for information about ship tours or activities where you can learn about other Disney Cruise Line trivia.

As fellow Disney Guests like you, we want to provide top-notch support as you continue your cruise planning, Monica. We hope to see you again soon!
