Linda, welcome back to shore! Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your important question.
I hope your cruise was picture-perfect! Looking through the pictures captured on board is such a fun way to remember your Disney Cruise Line vacation. I’m happy to help you locate and download your treasured memories.
To access your photos in your photo gallery, log in with your
Disney Profile and select “My Cruise Photos” under the Already Booked section. You’ll be able to download pictures individually or as a group. To download your pictures all at once, click the greyed-out check mark at the top right of one of the pictures in your gallery. I had to hover my mouse on the corner of an image for it to pop up. Once you click on the photo you want to download, the check mark will turn green. You’ll see the download box and another box that says, “select all visible media.” If you check this box, you can select your entire gallery.
If you don’t have a Disney Profile, you will need to create an account and link your Castaway Club ID to see your photos. To find your Castaway Club ID, log in to the Disney Cruise Line website. Under Already Booked, click “My Profile” in the My Account section. Click “Membership & Passes,” and you’ll see your Castaway Club ID listed. With your Castaway Club ID in hand, return to “My Cruise Photos” and click the “link” option at the top right. Enter your Castaway Club ID and click the “Link Photos” button. It can take up to 60 minutes for the watermark to disappear from the photos once they are claimed.
Linda, I hope this information makes you smile as your family relives the magic and excitement captured on your voyage. Disney Cruise Line is sailing to some
fantastic places in 2023 and beyond. Whether you want to walk on a glacier in Alaska, sip wine in France, or float on a raft in the turquoise Bahamian waters, there is a ship and itinerary for you! When you’re ready to plan your next Disney Cruise Line voyage, please stop by planDisney again.
SEAS the adventure!
