Ahoy Angelica –
There is nothing better than enjoying time with your baby pirate fairy on Disney Cruise Line, and you made the right choice by choosing the
Disney Wonder. Disney makes sailing with babies and toddlers a breeze and trust me, there are so many fun things to do with your little ones that you will be glad you made this choice. You are correct that due to
US Public Health Service regulations, babies and toddlers using swim diapers are not allowed into any cruise ship pool. Do not worry, though Angelica, because there is currently a pop-up water jet play area for babies and toddlers on the Wonder that my little sea cub has enjoyed greatly when he was in diapers. Other opportunities for water play can also happen at the ports and at
Castaway Cay. The
Disney Wonder will be going into dry dock this fall for upgrades to the ship, and it will get more extensive water features including the
AquaLab for children and families,
Dory’s Reef for infants and preschoolers, as well as the
Twist ‘n’ Spout slide for older pirate children. If you are planning a cruise from November 2016 or later, your pirate fairy will have more chances for “splashtacular” fun. Angelica, I hope you are looking forward to your upcoming cruise on the Wonder, and thanks for stopping by!
