Ahoy Amanda!
We are thrilled to have you visit us here at planDisney! So sorry that your prior plans have needed a change in course. No worries though with Captain Mickey at the helm! He is sure to lead us to smoother waters and will ensure that you and your crew are shipshape once again.
If your vacation was impacted by the
temporary suspension of cruises, you likely already received an email giving you important information about a future cruise credit to book another sailing. If you booked through a Travel Agent, then your agent received this information on your behalf, so you will need to coordinate everything with them.
Based on your question, I would assume that your original cruise booking was cancelled and you received a future cruise credit. This credit may be used to secure a new itinerary from the
many fabulous ones available. And if there is any balance after you make your selection(s), it will be placed in your onboard account as a non-refundable onboard credit. It typically takes 10-14 days for the credit to show on your reservation. If it has been longer than that, then I suggest that you contact a
Disney Cruise Line Vacation Planning Specialist to apply the credit to your future sailing(s).
Here’s some good news: you can
book with confidence knowing that for sailings through June 30, 2021 booked by the end of January 2021, there’s cruise date flexibility if it becomes necessary to make changes again.
If you have any other questions about your future cruise with Disney Cruise Line, ask away. Thank you for stopping by to SEA us!
