Ahoy there, Lorena! Thanks for sailing by planDisney with this important question ahead of your upcoming cruise.
If you like things fast like Dash, let me give you the quick answer. In the Port Arrival Form section of online check-in, you have the option to print the Port Arrival Form or you can choose to email it to yourself. This form will have the port arrival time in the top right corner as well as important reminders for your cruise vacation.
However, sometimes I move more like Flash from Zootopia, so allow me to help you navigate the process on the Disney Cruise Line website in more detail. To find this on a desktop computer, simply hover over ‘Already Booked’ in the top right corner of the website. If you prefer to use your phone, click on the three lines on the top left corner of the mobile site and then click ‘Already Booked’, and then click on ‘
My Reservations’.
Scroll down until you see a section labeled ‘My Online Check-In’. (Side note, if you have completed your Online Check-In, it will state ‘You’re Checked In’.) Next, click the blue link that says ‘Modify Check-In’. The next page that loads will show a series of links starting with ‘Guest Information’ on the left and ending with ‘Review Contract’ on the right. That’s where you’ll want to select ‘Port Arrival Form’.
If you haven’t already, I also highly recommend downloading the free
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before setting sail. Not only will it make embarkation and debarkation simpler, it is your one-stop shop for all the information you need while cruising. You can even use it to book
Port Adventures and find
Character Greeting times.
The thought of being back at sea already has me feeling the wind in my hair. If you think of anything else we can help with before your adventure begins, don’t hesitate to sail back to us here at
planDisney!
Bon voyage,
Sami
