Ahoy there, Kristine! Thank you for sailing by planDisney as you plan your vacation onboard the
Disney Treasure.
I usually enjoy a few days at the
Walt Disney World Resort before embarking on a Disney Cruise. There are private transfers that you can arrange for transportation from Orlando International Airport to
Port Orleans Resort - Riverside or
Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. There are also ride shares. To get from your Disney Resort to Port Canaveral, you can
call Disney Cruise Line to reserve a ground transfer at an additional cost. If you need transportation from the port back to the airport, that can be arranged, too.
The great thing about arranging transportation with Disney Cruise Line is that they will take care of your luggage for you from the time you hand it over to the bus driver. You will see it again onboard in front of your stateroom door later on embarkation day. It is important that you keep all essential items with you in your carry-on bag, such as
travel documentation and medication.
If you have any other questions about planning a
Disney Vacation by Land and Sea,
planDisney can help! Come back to visit us anytime.
Adventure is out there!
