Ahoy there, Lisa!
Welcome aboard planDisney! Bluey and Bingo are definitely some Disney pals we all want to meet while sailing, and I can’t think of a better place for some “for real life” fun than
aboard the beautiful Disney Wish. If your family enjoys Bluey as much as mine does, seeing their names pop up in the schedule would feel like discovering a brand-new game dreamt up by Bluey herself, the kind where everyone drops what they’re doing and jumps right in.
Alright, the “Oh, biscuits!” kind of news on this one is the entertainment schedule is always subject to change, so I cannot make any guarantees that Bluey and Bingo will make an appearance during your sailing. Character appearances, shows, and themed activities can shift from sailing to sailing, sometimes quicker than the rules change during a backyard game of Keepy Uppy. As soon as you enter the cruise terminal and have a minute to connect to the ship’s Wi-Fi, I recommend jumping into your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app so you can start scouting out any potential Bluey-themed events that may be taking place during your cruise. I always treat that first look at the Navigator app like the beginning of a round of Treasure Hunt, carefully scanning each listing to see what surprises are waiting to be discovered.
Now, for the more exciting side of the story, Bluey and Bingo are scheduled to start sailing on the Wish beginning in June. My crew and I were actually on the Wish just a few short weeks ago, and our itinerary included a few of the fun
Bluey and Bingo-themed activities, although the meet-and-greet wasn’t available yet. Even without the character photos, the activities themselves had families laughing, playing, and leaning into that imaginative Bluey-style fun that turns simple moments into core memories. Sitting there watching it all unfold, it really did feel like one of those episodes where something simple turns into a story you’ll talk about long after vacation is over.
I hope this helps you feel ready to jump into the fun and keep your eyes open for those two energetic sisters. With a little planning and a watchful eye on the schedule, your August sailing has a great chance of being packed with playful surprises and laughter-filled moments. Here’s hoping your cruise is filled with imagination, family fun, and plenty of stories worth retelling long after you return home.
Sea ya real soon as springtime magic carries us from one adventure to the next,
Dustin
