Hi Deborah,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question.
I always book a
placeholder during all my Disney Cruise Line voyages, so I’m thrilled to hear that you’ve done the same. I had heard about the program when we boarded our first cruise aboard the
Disney Magic more than a decade ago and I thought “maybe” but by the third night, I think we had already booked our next voyage!
As you know, these placeholders need to be used within 24 months of when they were made, and you can’t apply two placeholders to the same stateroom reservation. I’m happy to say, however, that you don’t have to use them to book, say, two different staterooms during the same voyage; you can use them to book two totally different cruises. For more information about the terms and conditions associated with using your placeholder, please refer to the email confirmation you received when you booked them.
I hope my answer helps you plan the perfect future cruise for you and your family. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you need any help narrowing down your choices or in planning the perfect cruise.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
