Hi, Stacy!
I appreciate you sending your question to planDisney. Planning a summer Disney Cruise is such a magical way to welcome the warmer months!
Disney Cruise Line typically releases itineraries in seasonal blocks, usually about 15-18 months in advance, in my experience. While the booking window for next summer hasn't opened yet, I did see that the 2026 summer sailings were released in February, 2025. With that pattern in mind, I am hopeful that details for those late 2027 itineraries will be shared soon.
While you wait, it's a great idea to subscribe to the
Disney Cruise Line newsletter, so updates sail right into your inbox. I also keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and their social media channels, since cruise announcements often show up there. In the meantime, it's worth checking the
Special Offers page for any new promotions. Saving money on Disney vacations always feels extra magical (and gives me the perfect excuse to buy more souvenirs!).
Now is also the perfect time to explore the
Disney Cruise Line website to get familiar with the ships and destinations! It is a great way to start narrowing down where you would like to sail and how long you want your adventure to be. Personally, I prefer 7-night itineraries, which give my family plenty of time to enjoy the ship and venture outside at each port. I always look for sailings that stop at
Disney Castaway Cay. It is my favorite tropical spot! I also hope to visit
Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point soon!
Stacy, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the new itineraries are released soon so you can start planning your dream voyage (maybe even on the
Disney Dream!). If any other questions come up, planDisney is always here to help!
Happy sailing!
Jen
