I have a cruise on November 28th and to my surprise, I have been allocated the Late Seating for dinner. I have a 2 yo boy and late just won't work. Can someone tell me if it's possible to change it on board or if there's anything else I can do?

    Ahoy Marc –

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am pleased to see you back and happy to help with your dilemma. I recently worked out the same issue for my February 2017 sailing, and I want to assure you that the Cast Members and Crew at Disney Cruise Line want you and your family to have a great time and it is possible to change based on availability.

The first thing you need to do is to contact your travel agent or Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 and see if they can change it outright for you now. If there is no availability, then you will be placed on a waiting list for Main Dining. Once on the waiting list, you can check your Reservation Online often to see if the designation changes from Second to Main Dining.

If you do not see any changes prior to your trip, then on embarkation day, check your Personal Navigator to find out where to go onboard to request your change. I suggest you do this as soon as you board the ship.

Just about every guest is accommodated in this way, Marc, and I hope it works out for you too. Thanks for visiting with us here and we will “Sea” Ya Real Soon!
