Hello I will be on a cruise next month and understand the wifi packages available. My question is can this be shared in our room or does each person need to get their own package?

    Ahoy, Bernadette!

You are so close to setting sail, and I can feel the excitement from here! No matter which Disney ship you’ll be aboard, you’re in for an unforgettable adventure. While I’ll always have a soft spot for the Disney Magic (it’s my favorite—Rapunzel’s Royal Table is absolutely enchanting!), every Disney ship has its own unique charm, and you really can’t go wrong.

It sounds like you’ve got the internet packages all figured out, but just in case, my pal Adrianna helped another wonderful Guest with the updated pricing and package details recently. I know things can change faster than Stitch can get into mischief, so it’s always good to have the most up-to-date info!

Now, let’s focus on your question! The good news is that internet packages aren’t tied to an individual person but instead to devices. Once onboard, you can purchase a package for up to four devices. This means if you have four people in your stateroom, you can each connect one device at the same time. If someone tries to connect a fifth device, the system will automatically log out one of the earlier ones.

If you’re looking to save a little pixie dust (and dollars), you can opt for a package with just one device and share it among your stateroom Guests. Only one device can be connected at a time, though, so you’ll need to take turns. Be sure to share your login details with everyone in your stateroom to avoid accidental duplicate charges if someone tries to create a separate account.

Here’s a fun idea to make your time onboard even more magical: check out the animation classes offered during your sailing! These classes are a blast, and you’ll get to learn how to draw some of your favorite Disney characters with guidance from talented Cast Members. My kids and I love comparing our sketches (spoiler: theirs are usually better than mine), and it’s such a unique keepsake to take home. Be sure to check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for the schedule, so you don’t miss this creative activity.

Bernadette, I hope this helps you and your crew set sail with smooth Wi-Fi sharing and plenty of magical moments. Wishing you a voyage filled with laughter, adventure, and a sprinkle of Disney enchantment!

Sea ya real soon with pixie dust and ocean breezes,
    Dustin
