We will be going on the 11/27/11 cruise to mexico. I'm wondering how cold it might be that time of the year on the boat. I have two kids. Do we pack shorts or pants? Thanks!

Hi Christina, Mexico is a very popular destination in the winter months whether you are staying in Mexico or cruising there. Your normal Highs are about 82 degrees F and it can drop down to about 60 degrees on some days, but in general, it should be great weather for shorts. I would definitely recommend bringing some long pants and long sleeved shirts just in case of a sudden cold snap, but not only because of temperature, more for protection from bugs. You will probably see quite a bit of Mosquitos, etc.... with these warmer temperatures, so either be prepared with clothes to protect you or make sure you bring some bug spray along. I would also suggest an umbrella as it is quite possible you may experience a few showers at this time of the year. I hope you have a magical cruise to Mexico very soon! Bon Voyage. Best wishes, Brigitta
