Hi Ashley! Welcome back to planDisney.
The months of May through October are considered the rainy season in the Bahamas. It is quite possible that it may rain for a short amount of time and then be sunny for the remainder of the day. The
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will list the daily forecast, and the Cruise or Hotel Director onboard may give weather information over the public address system. If a
Port Adventure is cancelled, you will receive notification in the Navigator app. It has been my experience that more onboard activities are scheduled if the weather is expected to impact people's ability to disembark at a port. Disney Cruise Line will prioritize the safety of Guests when making these decisions.
While you may have some (or a lot of) rain, I know there will be lots to do, Ashley. I recently took a 7-Night Cruise on the
Disney Treasure, and there was rain almost every day, but there was a lot of sunshine as well. There is always a lot to do on the Disney Cruise Line. There will be plenty of trivia, Bingo, and live entertainment to enjoy, among other activities. The Navigator app will be your key to unlocking the magic.
Rain or shine,
planDisney is here to help. Sail back to visit us anytime.
Bon Voyage!
